Hi there,

I’m Yana Zalesskaya, a researcher & strategist.


For the last 10 years, I've been helping companies to use qualitative insights in envisioning programs, products & services that are future-facing, disruptive, and yet rooted in principles of user-centered design.

What I do

    I study change and look at the qualitative aspect of the data to create better maps for tomorrow. By identifying consumer insights, and micro & macro industry trends I can create the right message for the right audience.

  • Human-Centred Research

    I discover the behaviors, motivations, and needs of customers through in-depth interviews, observations, and other types of qualitative research methods that fit the brief.

  • Insights Synthesis

    I combine data, intellect, and imagination, to the process of synthesising insights from research while creating knowledge assets that provide a solid foundation to develop a project.

  • Innovation Strategy

    I support brands in envisioning programs, products, and services that are future-facing, disruptive, and yet rooted in principles of user-centered design.
